Kenton Simon is a Believer, husband (to Trekeelia), father (to Karter), musician, educator, friend, and probably a little bit too much of this and that. He likes pretty much anything art and does not mind trying new things. Raised in the little town of Darlington, SC he developed a love for music at an early age. He was greatly influenced by the traditional hymns of the Church of God. His home was often filled with music of Gospel greats such as F.C. Barnes, James Cleveland, Shirley Caesar, and a lot of other good folks – whatever his mom and dad would play on the radio.

Around the age of 4, he followed in the footsteps of his 2 brothers who took piano lessons. They all stopped at some point, but Kenton continued with piano lessons around age 10, and has been playing ever since. Throughout his journey, Kenton has continually developed his love and gifting for music, and along the way, he realized his love for working with young people especially. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music (piano performance) and a Master of Arts in Teaching degree (Music Education K-12). He currently serves as the music teacher at Sunset Park Center for Accelerated Studies in Rock Hill. He also serves as the minister of music and a co-leader of the youth department at Tabernacle of Praise Church International in York, SC. He loves the Lord and enjoys using his gifts to glorify Him and impact others!
